Vintage  Weeping 24K Gold Hand Decorated Ceramic scallop / pinched vase stands 9.25" tall x 4.75" wide at the widest point.  Top opening is 4 1/2" x 1 3/4" at the smallest spot (where it is pinched-in and 3" across nearer the top.  Good condition.  No cracks or chips.
